Cancellation Policy: Items cancelled before the deadline date will be refunded at 50%. No refunds after the deadline date.

Shipments should arrive between Thursday, January 23, 2025 and Thursday, February 13, 2025
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 35% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, February 13, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.
Direct shipments will be accepted on Thursday, February 20, 2025
Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours
